How much does it cost?   That’s Easy.. $1.00 per book.
How long is the contract?   Our minimum contract is for 4 months, we do this because we order a box of 1000 business cards for you.
What kind of business card do I use?   Use the business card you currently use.  An important goal is build a brand so that when your name is seen in any venue it is easily recognized.   Same colors, same fonts, same logo, etc.  Have your business cards match.  (If you don’t have those established, talk to your rep, they can set you up with someone to help you establish a “look”.
When will I see results?   We wish we could determine when a homeowner is going to need your services.  We cannot.  We can tell you that your card will be ready when they are.  Our particular “niche” in advertising is that your card is the first in the door, the only one, and the one that stays after the trash has been taken out. 
How long before my card is in the book?   As soon as your cards are printed.  If you already have some available, we can start tomorrow.
Why do I need to advertise to new mortgage homeowners?   Did you hear the statistics regarding what a new homeowner spends in the first year?  It’s $9,000 more than everyone else (on average).  Beyond that fact they do not have loyalties to other companies established. 
What are the advantages of The Business Card Holder^® over other advertising venues?   Most advertising is meant to capture the recipients’ attention for 5-8 seconds. Repeated often enough, the memory records it.  How many times do you have to repeat the same message to have it remembered 6 months later when you need it?    Repetition, Repetition.  That’s the name of the advertising game.  (Also how they make a lot of money)  Coupons, flyers, ads in magazines, all of that gets thrown into the trash.  The Business Card Holder^® will stay in homes for months, most likely years.  The yellow pages are a must have for most businesses.  The rule is, the biggest ad wins.  Can the average business complete?  Now you do not have to.  You are the ONLY, yes, only one in the book of your trade.  Being first in the door is a huge advantage.  That’s why we keep saying, “the first in the door, the only one, and the one that stays”.  That’s our advantage over any other product. 
Why do you only have one card from each business type?    To eliminate the competition.  Most advertising is open to everyone and anyone.  Just because you can afford the largest ad in the phone book does not qualify you as the best, and the best is what we want. 
What if I want to advertise in only one area of my city?    You will need to talk to your representative to see where the most books are being mailed each day, and then make that determination.
When does a homeowner receive the book?  Very soon after their mortgage is filed.
How is the book mailed?   First Class Mail
